At the center of the organization is Thomas Lynne Capital, the holding company responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and long-term vision of its subsidiary companies, including Thomas Lynne Realty Group, Thomas Lynne Property Management, Southern Mountain Capital, Thomas Lynne Media, and the Thomas Lynne Foundation. Mr. Hancock also maintains an ownership interest in PS Opportunities, a private investment company focused on identifying and capitalizing on value-driven investment opportunities.

Throughout his career, he has successfully facilitated the sale of more than 250 on-market and off-market real estate transactions, including single-family residences, multifamily properties, investment assets, and commercial opportunities. In addition to his entrepreneurial and investment endeavors, Mr. Hancock has maintained an impressive record as a producing real estate professional. In 2025, while simultaneously building multiple companies, managing investment operations, authoring books, and hosting a podcast, he achieved more than $15 million in annual real estate sales volume and earned recognition among the Top 2% of real estate professionals in Central Florida. Prior to entering real estate full-time, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in American History from the University of Florida and spent nearly eight years as a middle school educator.
