With more than 12 years of experience in residential and multifamily real estate, Marianny combines deep industry knowledge with disciplined execution to ensure the organization runs efficiently, profitably, and with purpose.
Originally from Venezuela and a proud Orlando resident since 2006, Marianny has witnessed firsthand the region’s rapid growth and real estate transformation. Her experience navigating multiple market cycles gives her a practical, data-driven perspective that strengthens both daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
As COO and General Partner, Marianny oversees operations, asset management, systems implementation, and team performance. She ensures that every department from acquisitions to property management to brokerage support operates with clear processes, accountability, and measurable results. Her leadership is instrumental in protecting investor capital, optimizing property performance, and building scalable infrastructure for sustained growth.
