His skill spans across Investor Relations, Underwriting, and more, backed by a robust background in Information Technology, where he worked in the banking sector before founding and operating his own IT consulting company. Sam has been deeply involved in managing and developing multifamily, retail, and hotel properties, guiding several large-scale construction projects to successful completion. His professional qualifications include Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Hospitality Operations Success Training (HOST), Florida Food Safety Manager, HVAC EPA Type 1 Certification, Commercial Instrument Pilot License, and Microsoft Certified Trainer, among others. Currently managing a multi-million-dollar commercial real estate portfolio, Sam brings a strategic and innovative approach to his role as General Partner, where he is focused on expanding the company’s multifamily portfolio.
